- Retract left leg into Kokutsu dachi execute left Shuto uchi uke.
- Left leg back into right Kokutsu execute right Shuto Mawashi uke.
- Right leg turn 90° into right Zenkutsu dachi executes right gedan Bari, left chudan Gyaku tsuki.
- Execute left mae geri, retracting leg to chambered position, pivot 90° on right leg to your left, execute right chudan shotei soto uke, left mae geri, step back into right Zenkutsu dachi, execute left chudan Gyaku tsuki.
- Retract right leg into Kokutsu dachi execute right Shuto uchi uke.
- Right leg back into Kokutsu dachi executes left Shuto Mawashi uke.
- From left Kokutsu dachi, execute left tensho grab, then right Mawashi geri.
- From right Kokutsu dachi, execute right tensho grab then left Mawashi geri, then step forward into left Zenkutsu dachi, both hands gedan Bari.
- From left Zenkutsu dachi execute right mae Geri, retract leg to chambered position without putting right leg down, use left leg to execute Tobi geri.
- Immediately squat down on right knee to avoid opponent’s attack and execute left Jodan uke, right shita tsuki to opponent’s groin (Kiai).
- Use left hand to brace opponent backwards, using right hand to pull opponent’s leg forward.
- As opponent falls using both hands for supports on ground, execute right Kakato geri.
- Executing forward roll over opponent, rise up to execute left Yoko geri.
- Turning 180° to the right assuming Kokutsu dachi execute right Shuto Mawashi geri.
- Slowly retracting left leg to chambered position for side kick (5 counts), execute kansetsu geri (slowly) and yoko geri 45°(fast), assume Kiba dachi at 45° and execute left yoko Hiji tsuki, left Uraken uchi, then right shita tsuki to left side.
- Slowly retracting right leg to chambered position for side kick (5 counts), execute kansetsu geri (slowly) and yoko geri 45° (fast), assume Kiba dachi at 45° and execute right yoko Hiji tsuki, right Uraken uchi, then left shita tsuki to right side.
- Left leg step forward into left Zenkutsu dachi (short) execute left tensho uke.
- Execute right Mawashi geri and left ushiro Mawashi geri, assume right Zenkutsu dachi (short). Right tensho uke.
- Execute left Mawashi geri and right ushiro Mawashi geri; assume left Zenkutsu dachi (short). Left tensho uke.
- Right Yoko geri, assume Kake dachi, execute Morote tsuki to right side.
- Cover and turn 90° into left Zenkutsu dachi, execute left gedan Bari, right chudan Gyaku tsuki.
- Execute right mae geri, retracting leg to chambered position, pivot 90° on left leg to your right, execute left chudan soto uke, right mae geri, step back into left Zenkutsu Dachi execute right chudan Gyaku tsuki.
